I was looking for a good place that gives excellent printing services when I bumped into an old friend. He was also looking for a place that offers good color printing services for the brochures that he needed printing. Just like me, he was already tired of trying many printing shops and getting disappointed because the printing service they offer did not meet his standard.
I shared to him that there was one time that I needed a poster printing job done. I went to this printing shop that advertised that they have the best printing in town. When I got the poster that I had printed, the color was not the same as the color that I originally set it to be. There were also specks on the poster, which was probably the result of a dirty printing machine.
My friend also shared that he once had brochures printed at this other shop and the result was terrible. He said he had to let them reprint them because it was just terrible. The brochures were for a client and it would be very embarrassing to give the brochures to a client looking like that. Our experience made us very wary of trusting print shops.
From talking about the bad experiences we had about printing shops, an idea came up – we could open our own print shop. We will offer quality printing jobs.
My friend and I pooled our resources and we bought some printing machines. We found a nice commercial space that we rented and so our business started.
At first, the number of customers coming in was not that many. However, through word of mouth, the number of customers increased. In our shop, we ensure quality and the customers appreciated it, which is why they keep coming back to us.
