I have been driving myself crazy with worry, because I cannot manage to get to the gym to get a workout. I have had such a great exercise routine lately, but because of the latest heat wave, I have no energy and the last thing I have energy for, is driving to the gym. So when I read that it is possible to set up my very own home gym at home, I could not turn down the idea. After all, in order for me to have my own gym, all I had to purchase is a treadmill or even an exercise bike. Those are the two machines that I use the most at the gym and I honestly have seen my body tone up.
